Part-Time Governess – Villanova, Dubai

A lovely family based in Villanova is seeking a warm, engaging, and reliable nanny/governess to support their 2-year-old son. The mother will be returning to work in September, and they are looking for someone who can provide consistent afternoon care.

Role Details:

• Start Date: September 2026

• Location: Villanova, Dubai

• Schedule: 4–5 days per week, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (at least one weekend day per month required)

• Child: Boy, turning 2 in October – attends nursery until 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Collect from nursery (if required) and provide attentive afternoon care; a driving licence is preferred

• Support nap routine after nursery

• Plan and engage in interactive, age-appropriate, and developmentally focused activities

• Encourage learning through play and support early developmental milestones

• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the child (training can be provided)

• Maintain a safe and stimulating play environment

• Encourage independence appropriate to the child’s age

• Implement positive behaviour strategies and techniques

Additional Notes:

• English-speaking is essential; Arabic is a plus

• A valid driving licence is an advantage

• No travel required

Requirements:

* Experience with toddlers of a similar age

* Energetic, nurturing, and proactive approach

* Strong understanding of early childhood development

* Paediatric first aid certification required

Salary:

AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Visa:

Preferably candidates on their own visa with a tutoring licence
