High-Level Housemaid (Live-In)

Start Date: Immediate / As Soon As Possible

Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In

Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week

Salary: AED 4,000 per month + AED 1,000 monthly allowance for food and toiletries

Higher salary may be considered for an exceptional candidate with extensive experience and outstanding references.

About the Family

A warm and busy British family based in Sustainable City is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organised Housemaid to join their household on a long-term basis.

The family home is a large residence occupied by 7 family members including children and 2 dogs. There is already a dedicated nanny/maid employed to support with childcare responsibilities; therefore, this role is focused exclusively on the housekeeping and domestic management of the home.

The family is looking for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards, can work independently, and is capable of managing the demands of a large and active household. Must be comfortable with 2 small dogs.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Cleaning

* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entire home to a high standard

* Daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal spaces

* Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

* Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces

* Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

* Deep cleaning as required

* Ensuring all areas remain tidy, organized, and presentable throughout the day

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

* Complete all household laundry duties

* Washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and household linens

* Ironing garments to a high standard

* Changing bed linens and making beds

* Organizing wardrobes, cupboards, and storage areas

* Managing laundry schedules efficiently for a large household

Household Organisation

* Maintain an organized and clutter-free environment

* Ensure household supplies are monitored and reported when replenishment is required

* Assist with general household upkeep and daily operations

* Take initiative in identifying tasks that require attention

* Support the smooth running of the home through proactive housekeeping

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Housemaid, Housekeeper, or Domestic Assistant within a private household

* Experience working in large family homes is highly desirable

* Strong understanding of high housekeeping standards

* Good spoken English and strong communication skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills

* Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Physically capable of managing a large household environment

* Must be able to provide professional references from previous employers

* Must be willing and able to live in

* Feed 2 small dogs twice a day

* Walk dogs twice a day

Package
